Automated Ligator (Aligator)

Aligator analyzes the sequence of any protein (FASTA format) and ranks the best strategies for synthesizing the protein via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and native chemical ligation (NCL). Protein Amino Acid Composition Analysis (PAACMAN)

A Python tool for analyzing amino acid composition of large sets of proteins (FASTA format), as well as the abundance of specific NCL ligation junctions, pseudoprolines, potential aspartimides, or other di-amino acid sequences of interest.
